AND SOMETIMES YOU GET LITTLE SURPRISES

I've been examining The Presbyterian Church sign photo for entry into a show, and while doing so, I blew it up to check out the grain level (purposeful grain level) and found the nice little surprise of spider webbing around the light. Little surprises that show up in the overall shot, well, let's just say, through the viewfinder, in the light of day, didn't see that one.

The World Behind the Camera is a strange, mysterious world. It's not always about the camera and it's not always about the photo. The World Behind the Camera is a picture of the creative.

As a photographer, it's about photography. As a designer, it's about design. As a writer, it's about the writing. As a business woman, it's about business.

But what it's really about is creative passion and understanding and opening the imagination to what's possible.

And yeah, quite often it's still gonna' be about the photo.
